**ESO-TX102** is an early-stage, in vivo immune-cell-engineering candidate for **solid tumors** originated by EsoBiotec. It is described as a first-in-class combination candidate designed to simultaneously engineer T cells and monocytes in vivo, with the aim of remodeling the tumor microenvironment and improving antitumor immune activity.
