Overview

ET-02 refers to two distinct investigational products identified in clinical development. The first is an allogeneic, "off-the-shelf" chimeric antigen receptor T-cell (CAR-T) therapy developed by EdiGene in collaboration with Immunochina. This therapy, also known as CD19-UCART, targets CD19-positive B-cell malignancies, including non-Hodgkin lymphoma (NHL) and acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL). It utilizes CRISPR-based gene-editing technology to modify immuno-rejection molecules in T-cells derived from healthy donors, aiming to prevent graft-versus-host disease (GvHD) and host-versus-graft (HvG) rejection. The second ET-02 is a small molecule candidate developed by Eirion Therapeutics for aesthetic indications, specifically targeting androgenic alopecia (hair loss) and hair greying. Eirion's ET-02 is part of a strategic licensing agreement with Shanghai Haohai Biological Technology for the Chinese market.
