Drug intelligence / Profile preview
ET-102 is an investigational therapeutic candidate developed by Eikonoklastes Therapeutics, utilizing the company's proprietary Ligand-Induced Immunoconjugate (L-ICON) platform. The L-ICON technology is designed to target Tissue Factor (TF), a protein overexpressed in various solid tumors and involved in pathological angiogenesis and inflammation. ET-102 typically consists of a high-affinity, deactivated Factor VII (FVII) ligand fused to an immunoglobulin Fc domain, which facilitates the selective destruction of TF-expressing cells through antibody-dependent cellular cytotoxicity (ADCC) and complement-dependent cytotoxicity (CDC). As of early 2022, ET-102 was listed in the company's pipeline as being in Phase 1/2 development for undisclosed indications, following the lead program ET-101.
