Drug intelligence / Profile preview
ET0111 is an orally bioavailable small molecule inhibitor targeting fibroblast growth factor receptors (FGFRs). By binding to and inhibiting FGFRs, ET0111 blocks FGFR-mediated signal transduction pathways, which are implicated in the growth and survival of certain cancer cells. This mechanism confers potential antineoplastic activity. The drug is being developed by ETERN Therapeutics for the treatment of advanced malignant solid neoplasms and is currently undergoing Phase 1 clinical trials as monotherapy in patients with advanced solid tumors[1][2][3][7].
