Overview

ET019003 is an autologous T cell therapy that utilizes a novel antibody-T cell receptor (AbTCR) platform to target CD19-positive B-cell malignancies[2][5][7]. The therapy is based on human T cells modified to express a γ/δ TCR-based AbTCR construct alongside a co-expressed scFv/CD28 co-stimulatory molecule, both engineered for tumor specificity[5][7]. This design enhances tumor recognition while reducing cytokine release, aiming for strong antitumor activity with a superior safety profile compared to traditional CAR-T approaches. ET019003 has demonstrated promising efficacy and low toxicity in early-phase trials in relapsed or refractory diffuse large B-cell lymphoma and other CD19+ B-cell lymphomas, with durable complete response rates and a low incidence of severe cytokine release syndrome or neurotoxicity[2][5][7]. Developed using the ARTEMIS platform, ET019003 represents a next-generation alternative to CAR-T by leveraging natural immune receptor pathways for regulated, MHC-unrestricted tumor targeting.
