ET401

ET401 is an investigational gene therapy developed by Expression Therapeutics for the treatment of somatostatin receptor 2 (SSTR2)-positive neuroendocrine tumors (NETs). The therapy is designed to target SSTR2, a G-protein coupled receptor that is highly expressed in various neuroendocrine malignancies and serves as a well-validated target for both imaging and therapy.
