Drug intelligence / Profile preview
ETB-DualNK-01 is an allogeneic, dual-target chimeric antigen receptor natural killer (CAR-NK) cell therapy developed by Beijing Biotech. It is engineered to express CARs targeting both Prostate-Specific Membrane Antigen (PSMA) and Prostate Stem Cell Antigen (PSCA), which are highly expressed in prostate cancer. As an allogeneic 'off-the-shelf' product, it utilizes NK cells from healthy donors, potentially offering advantages over autologous CAR-T therapies, such as reduced risk of graft-versus-host disease and immediate availability. It is currently in Phase 1 development for metastatic castration-resistant prostate cancer (mCRPC).
