Drug intelligence / Profile preview
ETH-154 is a small molecule inhibitor of human cyclin-dependent kinases (HuCDKs) currently in preclinical development by Shengeke Pharmaceuticals. The drug is specifically being investigated for the treatment of gastric cancer, including advanced gastric cancer (AGC) and non-HER2 gastric cancer (NHGCC). By targeting CDKs, which are critical regulators of the cell cycle, ETH-154 aims to arrest the uncontrolled proliferation of malignant cells in solid tumors. Shengeke Pharmaceuticals is focusing on this candidate as part of its oncology pipeline targeting novel small molecule mechanisms for difficult-to-treat cancers.
