ETH-155036 is a novel small molecule drug designed to simultaneously inhibit three key pathways implicated in the development and progression of acute myeloid leukemia (AML) and other tumors. Specifically, it targets cyclin-dependent kinase 6 (CDK6), colony stimulating factor 1 receptor (CSF-1R), and tyrosine-protein kinase receptor FLT3. By inhibiting these targets, ETH-155036 aims to induce synergistic tumor cell killing, reduce the likelihood of acquiring FLT3 resistance mutations, and achieve more durable clinical responses. The drug is being developed primarily for hematologic malignancies such as high-risk myelodysplastic syndrome, relapsing acute myeloid leukemia, and acute lymphoblastic leukemia[1][2].
