ETN001

ETN001 is a first-in-class small molecule drug candidate developed by Shanghai ETERN Biopharma for the treatment of solid tumors. It is the lead program from the company's proprietary platform that targets protein liquid-liquid phase separation (LLPS), a biological process involved in the organization of cellular components into membraneless organelles. Dysregulation of LLPS is increasingly recognized as a driver in various cancers, often involving proteins previously considered "undruggable." ETN001 is designed to modulate these dynamic protein organizations to disrupt oncogenic signaling or restore normal cellular function. The drug was discovered using an AI-enabled target discovery and high-throughput screening platform and is currently in Phase 1 clinical development.
