Drug intelligence / Profile preview
ETN006 is a preclinical small molecule drug candidate developed by Shanghai ETERN Biopharma for the treatment of solid tumors, with a specific focus on cholangiocarcinoma. The drug is designed to modulate protein liquid-liquid phase separation (LLPS), a biological process where proteins and nucleic acids condense into dense, liquid-like droplets. Dysregulation of LLPS is implicated in the formation of oncogenic membraneless organelles and the activity of previously "undruggable" targets. ETN006 was identified using ETERN's proprietary LLPS platform, which integrates AI-based target identification and phase separation-based phenotypic screening to develop novel therapeutics for cancer.
