Drug intelligence / Profile preview
ETN102 is a preclinical-stage recombinant protein therapeutic being developed by Etnova Therapeutics for the treatment of ischemic stroke. The drug is designed as a multi-functional agent with a dual mechanism of action intended to both dissolve blood clots (thrombolysis) and mitigate the inflammatory response that typically follows a stroke event. By addressing both the primary vascular obstruction and the secondary neuroinflammatory damage, ETN102 aims to improve clinical outcomes and reduce the risk of reperfusion injury compared to conventional thrombolytic therapies. It is currently undergoing mass processing and preclinical testing.
