etripamil

**Etripamil** is a fast-acting, intranasal, non-dihydropyridine calcium channel blocker developed by Milestone Pharmaceuticals for the acute treatment of episodic supraventricular tachyarrhythmias. It inhibits L-type calcium influx in atrioventricular nodal tissue, slowing AV nodal conduction and enabling termination of re-entrant supraventricular tachycardias. The product is formulated as a self-administered nasal spray and was approved in the United States in December 2025 as **CARDAMYST** for conversion of acute symptomatic episodes of paroxysmal supraventricular tachycardia to sinus rhythm in adults. Beyond the approved PSVT indication, etripamil remains in development for atrial fibrillation with rapid ventricular rate and pediatric PSVT, and it has also been developed in Greater China through partners including Ji Xing, Corxel, and later Everest Medicines.
