Overview
EU101 is a fully humanized agonistic monoclonal antibody that targets the costimulatory receptor CD137 (also known as 4-1BB or tumor necrosis factor receptor superfamily member 9, TNFRSF9) on immune cells. By binding to and activating CD137, EU101 stimulates cytotoxic T lymphocyte responses, thereby enhancing antitumor immunity. This immunostimulatory mechanism is being investigated for its potential to treat various advanced solid tumors. The drug is developed by Eutilex and has reached Phase 1/2 clinical trials in indications such as metastatic non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC), metastatic renal cell carcinoma (RCC), prostate cancer, and colorectal cancer[1][2][3][7].
