Drug intelligence / Profile preview
EU501 is a bispecific monoclonal antibody targeting both human HER2 and 4-1BB (CD137). It is designed for the treatment of HER2-positive solid cancers. The drug aims to enhance tumor cell-specific killing with low side effects and demonstrates improved efficacy in tumor clearance compared to monospecific antibodies. By engaging both HER2 on tumor cells and 4-1BB on immune cells, EU501 is intended to stimulate a potent anti-tumor immune response while minimizing off-target toxicity. The drug is currently in non-clinical (preclinical) development by Eutilex[1].
