Drug intelligence / Profile preview
EuCorVac-19 is a recombinant protein subunit COVID-19 vaccine developed by EuBiologics. It displays the receptor binding domain (RBD) of the SARS-CoV‑2 spike protein, derived from the Wuhan strain, on immunogenic liposomes using proprietary technology. The antigen component, EulMT, is in‑licensed from Korea Institute of Science and Technology and formulated with SNAP technology licensed from POP Biotechnologies. The vaccine is administered intramuscularly and has demonstrated favorable safety and immunogenicity profiles in clinical trials, including strong anti-RBD IgG responses and neutralizing antibody titers against both original SARS-CoV‑2 strains and variants such as Omicron. Its primary indication is for prevention of COVID‑19[1][2][4][8].
