Overview

ES002023 (eurestobart) is a recombinant humanized IgG1 monoclonal antibody that specifically targets ectonucleoside triphosphate diphosphohydrolase 1 (ENTPD1, also known as CD39). By inhibiting CD39, the drug aims to block the immunosuppressive adenosine pathway in the tumor microenvironment, thereby enhancing anti-tumor immune responses. It is being developed primarily for use in patients with locally advanced or metastatic solid tumors, including non-small cell lung cancer and other malignancies. The drug is currently in phase 1 clinical trials. The developer of ES002023 is Elpiscience Biopharma[1][2][3][4][6][7].
