EV-D68 mAb is a monoclonal antibody being developed by IDBiologics for the treatment and prevention of respiratory illnesses caused by Enterovirus D68 (EV-D68). EV-D68 is a viral pathogen that can cause severe respiratory distress and has been associated with acute flaccid myelitis (AFM), a serious neurological condition. The antibody is designed to neutralize the virus, thereby reducing viral load and preventing the progression of the disease. It is currently part of IDBiologics' Global Public Health pipeline.
