Drug intelligence / Profile preview
Evalstotug is a conditionally active biologic (CAB) anti-CTLA-4 monoclonal antibody developed by BioAtla. It is designed to block the interaction of CTLA-4 with its ligands, primarily in the acidic tumor microenvironment, which reduces off-tumor immune-related adverse events and enhances host immunity. Evalstotug is being investigated for several solid tumor indications, including melanoma and non-small cell lung cancer, often in combination with PD-1 inhibitors.
