Drug intelligence / Profile preview
EVER001 (also known as XNW1011 and SN-1011) is a next-generation, highly selective, oral covalent reversible Bruton’s tyrosine kinase (BTK) inhibitor. It is being developed primarily for the treatment of proteinuric glomerular diseases such as primary membranous nephropathy and other autoimmune renal diseases. The drug exhibits high selectivity over other kinases and offers improved potency compared to irreversible BTK inhibitors, potentially reducing off-target effects. BTK plays a critical role in B-cell receptor signaling pathways that regulate survival, activation, proliferation, and differentiation of B lymphocytes; thus inhibition of BTK can modulate immune responses implicated in autoimmune conditions. Everest Medicines owns global rights to develop and commercialize EVER001 for renal indications under an exclusive license from Evopoint Biosciences and SinoMab BioScience[1][3][4][5][7].
