Eviendep

**Eviendep** is a patented oral dietary-supplement formulation developed for intestinal adenoma and polyp recurrence risk management. It combines milk thistle extract standardized for silymarin, flaxseed extract containing secoisolariciresinol diglucoside, and insoluble oat fiber containing lignin. The phytoestrogen components are intended to preferentially activate estrogen receptor beta, supporting increased ERβ expression and an apoptosis-favoring, antiproliferative state in intestinal mucosa. It was evaluated by CM&D Pharma in randomized studies of sporadic colorectal adenomas and in a small study of familial adenomatous polyposis with duodenal polyps.
