Drug intelligence / Profile preview
EVOLVE-220 is an investigational trispecific T-cell engager (TCE) developed by EvolveImmune Therapeutics using its proprietary EVOLVE platform. The therapeutic is designed to bypass common mechanisms of immune resistance by simultaneously engaging a target antigen on diseased cells, the CD3 receptor on T cells, and a third costimulatory signal. This "integrated costimulation" approach is intended to drive more potent and durable T-cell activation compared to traditional bispecific T-cell engagers, which often suffer from T-cell exhaustion or insufficient activation in the immunosuppressive tumor microenvironment. While EvolveImmune has not yet disclosed the specific molecular targets or the primary clinical indications for EVOLVE-220, the asset is part of a broader pipeline focused on high-unmet-need areas in oncology and potentially autoimmune diseases.
