EVOLVE108

EVOLVE108 is a next-generation, multi-specific T-cell engager being developed by EvolveImmune Therapeutics in collaboration with AbbVie for the treatment of cancer. Derived from EvolveImmune's proprietary EVOLVE platform, EVOLVE108 is designed to deliver integrated T-cell co-stimulation by targeting both CD3 and the CD2 costimulatory receptor on T cells, alongside an undisclosed tumor-associated antigen. This integrated CD2 costimulation approach is engineered to enhance T-cell activation, proliferation, and survival, thereby overcoming cancer-driven immunodeficiency and resistance to conventional immunotherapies. EVOLVE108 is currently in the IND-enabling phase of development.
