Evolysse Form

Evolysse Form is an injectable hyaluronic acid (HA) dermal filler developed by Evolus in partnership with Symatese. It is part of the Evolysse collection and is manufactured using proprietary Cold-X Technology, which employs near-freezing temperatures during the cross-linking process to preserve the natural high molecular weight and structure of the HA molecules. The product is indicated for dermal and subdermal injection to correct moderate to severe dynamic facial wrinkles and folds, specifically nasolabial folds (smile and laugh lines), in adults aged 22 years and older. In clinical trials, Evolysse Form demonstrated statistical superiority in wrinkle correction compared to Restylane-L at all measured timepoints over a 12-month study period. It received FDA approval in February 2025 and is marketed under the brand name Estyme in Europe.
