This is a combination therapy comprising **evorpacept** (ALX148, an anti-CD47 fusion protein), **pembrolizumab** (a PD-1 immune checkpoint inhibitor monoclonal antibody), **5-fluorouracil** (a pyrimidine antimetabolite), and **cisplatin** (a platinum-based chemotherapy agent).
