Overview

EX107 is a preclinical-stage masked bispecific T-cell engager (BiTE) developed by Guangzhou Excelmab. It is designed to simultaneously bind to Trophoblast cell-surface antigen 2 (TROP2) on tumor cells and the CD3 receptor on T cells, thereby recruiting and activating T cells to eliminate TROP2-expressing cancer cells. The drug utilizes Excelmab's proprietary Antibody Masking Technology, which is intended to improve safety by restricting activity within the tumor microenvironment and reducing off-target toxicity in healthy tissues. EX107 is currently being developed for the treatment of solid tumors, specifically triple-negative breast cancer (TNBC) and urothelial carcinoma (UC).
