Overview

EX108 is a preclinical-stage bispecific T-cell engager (BiTE) developed by Guangzhou Excelmab for the treatment of mesothelin-expressing solid tumors, such as ovarian cancer, mesothelioma, and pancreatic cancer. The therapeutic utilizes a 2:1 nanobody-based molecular architecture, incorporating two nanobody domains specific for mesothelin (MSLN) and one domain targeting the CD3 epsilon chain on T cells. This design aims to optimize tumor-selective binding and potent T-cell activation within the tumor microenvironment to drive anti-tumor efficacy. As of 2024, the program is in the preclinical candidate (PCC) stage of development.
