EXO001

EXO001 is an engineered exosome-based therapy platform being developed by Ever Supreme Bio Technology in collaboration with China Medical University Hospital (CMUH). The platform utilizes extracellular vesicles (EVs) decorated with CAR.BiTE (Chimeric Antigen Receptor Bispecific T-cell Engager) technology, specifically incorporating a CD3e-targeting nanobody and an HLA-G-targeting moiety. This design enables the *in vivo* programming of T cells, where the exosomes bridge endogenous T cells (via CD3e) to HLA-G-expressing tumor cells to mediate targeted anti-tumor cytotoxicity. Unlike traditional CAR-T therapies, EXO001 functions directly within the patient, eliminating the need for complex ex vivo cell manufacturing. Preclinical studies have demonstrated significant therapeutic efficacy, including complete tumor eradication in select models of lung, pancreatic, colorectal, and malignant brain cancers.
