Drug intelligence / Profile preview
exoASO-STAT3 is an investigational **exosome-based therapeutic** developed by Codiak BioSciences in collaboration with Jazz Pharmaceuticals. The candidate consists of engineered exosomes loaded with an **antisense oligonucleotide** designed to inhibit **signal transducer and activator of transcription 3** signaling, a transcription factor implicated in oncogenic signaling across hematologic malignancies and solid tumors. The program was part of a broader exosome therapeutics collaboration focused on oncology targets, but development of exoASO-STAT3 was discontinued in 2021 before clinical advancement was established.
