Drug intelligence / Profile preview
Exobloom is an exosome-based biologic skin rejuvenation product developed by Dermax Co., Ltd. for aesthetic and regenerative applications. It is formulated as a regenerative complex containing approximately 5 billion plant-derived exosomes extracted from *Angelica keiskei* leaf cells per dose. The product is a multi-ingredient formulation that includes 11 growth factors, 5 peptides (such as copper tripeptide-1), 45 amino acids, hyaluronic acid, glutathione, and hydrolyzed DNA. Exobloom functions through paracrine signaling, where its exosomal cargo—comprising proteins, miRNA, and cytokines—facilitates intercellular communication to stimulate collagen synthesis, promote tissue repair, and enhance skin elasticity. It is primarily indicated for aesthetic uses, including anti-aging, wound healing, and the improvement of skin texture, firmness, and hyperpigmentation. The product is typically administered via intradermal microinjections (mesotherapy) or topically following microneedling procedures.
