Overview

ExoHair (EXOHAIR) is an autologous or allogeneic exosome-based therapy developed by Bioscience Institute for hair restoration and the treatment of hair loss, including androgenetic alopecia. The therapy utilizes exosomes derived from adipose-derived mesenchymal stem cells (ADMSCs) that carry bioactive molecules such as proteins, lipids, messenger RNA, and cytokines. These exosomes act as biological messengers to reactivate dormant hair follicles, promote angiogenesis to improve follicular microcirculation, and modulate local immune responses to reduce scalp inflammation. ExoHair is administered via precise scalp microinjections directly to the hair follicles.
