Exoluma is a professional-grade exosome-based aesthetic product developed for skin rejuvenation and hair restoration. The treatment system typically consists of a dual-vial kit: one vial containing lyophilized exosomes (approximately 6 billion particles) derived from human adipose-derived stem cells (ADSC), and a second vial containing an activating solution enriched with hyaluronic acid, growth factors, peptides, amino acids, and vitamins. As a regenerative biologic, Exoluma facilitates intercellular communication by delivering a cargo of signaling molecules, including proteins and miRNAs, directly to target cells. This process stimulates fibroblast proliferation, enhances the synthesis of collagen and elastin, and modulates inflammatory pathways to improve skin texture, tone, and elasticity. In hair applications, it is used to revitalize dormant hair follicles and promote hair growth. It is primarily administered topically in professional settings following procedures such as microneedling, mesotherapy, or laser therapy to ensure optimal absorption.
