Exosome liquid dressing, specifically GD007, is an exosome-based therapeutic derived from human induced pluripotent stem cells (iPSCs). Developed by Goodain (Beijing) Pharmaceutical Technology Co., Ltd., this product offers significant advantages over mesenchymal stem cell (MSC)-derived exosomes due to its clonal origin, ensuring superior batch-to-batch consistency and stability. It contains elevated levels of functional factors such as TGF-β (anti-inflammatory) and BDNF (neurotrophic), which contribute to its demonstrated biological effects including anti-apoptosis, inflammation suppression, angiogenesis promotion, fibrosis inhibition, and enhanced tissue repair potential. The drug is being investigated for the treatment of moderate-to-severe intrauterine adhesions (IUA) and has shown preclinical efficacy in models of neuroprotection, epilepsy, and stroke by modulating immune responses and promoting tissue regeneration.
