Drug intelligence / Profile preview
Ezerra cream is a non-steroidal, plant-derived topical formulation indicated for the management of mild to moderate atopic dermatitis (eczema), particularly in infants and children. The product is formulated with two key active components: Stimu-tex AS and Saccharide Isomerate. Stimu-tex AS is a synergistic blend of spent grain wax, shea butter (Butyrospermum parkii) extract, and argan oil (Argania spinosa kernel oil) that helps to alleviate skin redness and itching by inhibiting the release of inflammatory mediators like histamine. Saccharide Isomerate, often described as a moisture magnet, is a plant-derived carbohydrate complex that binds to the skin's keratin to provide intense hydration and support the restoration of the skin's natural barrier function. Ezerra is designed for long-term use as a safe alternative to topical corticosteroids for sensitive skin.
