ezetimibe + ursodeoxycholic acid + voglibose

This is a combination therapy consisting of ezetimibe, ursodeoxycholic acid (UDCA), and voglibose. Ezetimibe is a cholesterol absorption inhibitor that lowers total cholesterol, LDL-C, Apo-B, and non-HDL-C in primary hyperlipidemia. Ursodeoxycholic acid is a secondary bile acid primarily produced by intestinal microbiota that has shown beneficial effects against non-alcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD). Voglibose is an alpha-glucosidase inhibitor used to treat type 2 diabetes mellitus by inhibiting intestinal enzymes responsible for breaking complex sugars into simple sugars, thereby preventing blood glucose levels from rising immediately after meals.
