F-18 FPA-ACUPA

F-18 FPA-ACUPA is a novel radiopharmaceutical imaging agent designed for positron emission tomography (PET) targeting the prostate-specific membrane antigen (PSMA). It is labeled with fluorine-18 and developed to bind specifically to PSMA, which is highly expressed on prostate cancer cells. The primary use of this agent is in the diagnosis and characterization of prostate cancer, particularly metastatic castration-resistant prostate cancer. By binding to PSMA-expressing cells, it enables sensitive and specific PET imaging for detection and localization of prostate tumors and metastases.
