F-Equine Vac is an inactivated veterinary vaccine developed by Vetal Company for the active immunization of horses against equine influenza. The vaccine contains inactivated equine influenza virus (EIV) subtypes EIV-1 (H7N7) and EIV-2 (H3N8). It is administered intramuscularly as a 2 ml dose, with a primary vaccination schedule consisting of two doses spaced 3 to 4 weeks apart, followed by annual booster vaccinations to maintain protective immunity.
