Drug intelligence / Profile preview
F01-50 is a preclinical-stage chimeric antigen receptor (CAR) T-cell therapy being developed by Feromics for the treatment of Diffuse Large B-Cell Lymphoma (DLBCL). The candidate utilizes Feromics' proprietary **ID-CAR-T** (Immune-Directed CAR-T) platform, which is designed to enhance the efficacy and persistence of CAR-T cells within the immunosuppressive tumor microenvironment. F01-50 specifically targets **CD19**, a cell surface marker widely expressed on B-cell malignancies. By incorporating specific immune-modulating components into the CAR construct, the therapy aims to overcome common limitations of conventional CAR-T products, such as T-cell exhaustion and poor durability of response in aggressive lymphomas.
