Overview

F105 is a human monoclonal antibody developed for the treatment of HIV infections. It targets the CD4 binding region of the HIV-1 envelope glycoprotein gp120, and has demonstrated the ability to neutralize various HIV strains, including IIIB, SF2, and MN, at concentrations achievable in humans. Clinical trials have investigated its safety, pharmacokinetics, and effects on virologic, immunologic, and serologic parameters in HIV-infected patients.
