Drug intelligence / Profile preview
F182112 + isatuximab + lenalidomide is an investigational triplet combination regimen being evaluated for the treatment of newly diagnosed multiple myeloma. The combination consists of F182112, a recombinant humanized bispecific T-cell engager (BiTE) antibody targeting both B-cell maturation antigen (BCMA) on myeloma cells and CD3 on T-cells; isatuximab, an anti-CD38 monoclonal antibody; and lenalidomide, an immunomodulatory drug. This regimen is being investigated in a prospective, single-center, single-arm, exploratory pilot clinical trial (NCT07828522) in transplant-eligible patients with newly diagnosed multiple myeloma to evaluate its safety, feasibility, and preliminary efficacy, including deep responses and minimal residual disease (MRD) negativity.
