Overview
F230 is a selective endothelin receptor antagonist being developed as an oral small molecule therapy for the treatment of pulmonary arterial hypertension (PAH). By selectively blocking endothelin receptors, F230 aims to reduce vasoconstriction and vascular remodeling associated with PAH, potentially improving hemodynamics and patient outcomes. The drug is currently in early clinical development, with Phase 1 trials initiated in China.
