Drug intelligence / Profile preview
F2B22D + DL001Z is a combination therapy consisting of two monoclonal antibodies: F2B22D, which targets CD47, and DL001Z, which targets PD-L1. Developed by F2 Bio, this combination is designed to enhance the anti-tumor immune response by simultaneously blocking the "don't eat me" signal (CD47) and the PD-1/PD-L1 checkpoint. By inhibiting CD47, F2B22D promotes the phagocytosis of cancer cells by macrophages, while DL001Z prevents T-cell exhaustion by blocking the interaction between PD-L1 on tumor cells and PD-1 on T-cells. The combination is currently being evaluated in clinical trials for the treatment of advanced solid tumors.
