F3 peptide is a tumor-homing peptide that shows strong and specific binding and internalization into tumor cells, particularly by targeting surface-expressed nucleolin, a DNA/RNA binding protein overexpressed on the surface of cancer and proliferating endothelial cells[1][3][5][6].
