Overview

F520 + lenvatinib is a combination therapy under investigation for advanced solid tumors. **F520** is a recombinant, humanized monoclonal antibody targeting programmed death receptor-1 (PD-1); it inhibits the interaction of PD-1 with its ligands PD-L1 and PD-L2, resulting in immune checkpoint blockade and promotion of anti-tumor T-cell activity. **Lenvatinib** is an orally available small molecule inhibitor of multiple receptor tyrosine kinases, including vascular endothelial growth factor receptors (VEGFR1, VEGFR2, VEGFR3), fibroblast growth factor receptors (FGFR1-4), platelet-derived growth factor receptor alpha (PDGFRα), KIT, and RET. The combination is being studied for enhanced antitumor effects in tumors, particularly endometrial and cervical cancer, by simultaneously blocking immune checkpoints and angiogenic pathways[1][2][3].
