Drug intelligence / Profile preview
F527 is a recombinant humanized monoclonal antibody targeting CD47, developed by Shandong New Time Pharmaceutical for the treatment of relapsed or refractory lymphoma. The drug acts as a CD47 inhibitor, aiming to block the "don't eat me" signal that cancer cells use to evade phagocytosis by macrophages. By inhibiting CD47, F527 is designed to enhance the immune system's ability to recognize and destroy malignant cells. As of April 2022, preclinical studies are ongoing in China and a phase I clinical trial was planned for patients with relapsed/refractory lymphoma[1][3][4].
