Drug intelligence / Profile preview
FACT-182 is an engineered macrophage cell therapy being developed by Factor Bioscience for the treatment of solid tumors. As an internal program, it utilizes Factor Bioscience's proprietary cell-engineering technologies to create macrophages capable of infiltrating and modulating the immunosuppressive tumor microenvironment. The therapy is intended to enhance the immune response against solid malignancies, potentially through direct phagocytosis of tumor cells or by reprogramming the local immune landscape to favor anti-tumor activity. It is currently in the preclinical stage of development.
