Drug intelligence / Profile preview
FACT-219 is a CD19-targeted chimeric antigen receptor (CAR) T-cell therapy being developed by Factor Biosciences Therapeutics. It is designed to target and eliminate CD19-expressing B cells, which are central to the pathogenesis of both B-cell malignancies and certain autoimmune conditions. The primary indications for FACT-219 include Diffuse Large B-Cell Lymphoma (DLBCL) and various rheumatology disorders. By depleting the B-cell population, the therapy aims to achieve clinical remission in oncology and potentially reset the immune system in patients with autoimmune diseases. The program is currently in the preclinical stage, with results from these studies anticipated in the first half of 2026.
