Falimarev is a therapeutic cancer vaccine composed of a recombinant fowlpox viral vector encoding the carcinoembryonic antigen (CEA), mucin 1 (MUC1), and TRICOM, which consists of three co-stimulatory molecule transgenes (B7‑1, ICAM‑1, and LFA‑3). The vaccine is designed to enhance the presentation of CEA and MUC1 antigens to antigen-presenting cells, thereby stimulating a cytotoxic T-cell response against tumor cells expressing these antigens. Falimarev has been investigated primarily for use in various cancers including colorectal cancer, metastatic cancer, pancreatic adenocarcinoma, and other solid tumors[2][4][5].
