Overview

This is a combination immunotherapy regimen consisting of two therapeutic cancer vaccines, falimarev (PANVAC-F) and inalimarev (PANVAC-V), administered together with sargramostim. Falimarev and inalimarev are recombinant poxvirus-based vaccines engineered to express tumor-associated antigens such as carcinoembryonic antigen (CEA) and mucin-1 (MUC1), along with costimulatory molecules to enhance immune response. Sargramostim is a yeast-derived recombinant human granulocyte-macrophage colony-stimulating factor (GM-CSF) that acts as an immunomodulator by stimulating the production and function of white blood cells, thereby augmenting the immune response elicited by the vaccines. This combination has been investigated primarily for use in advanced or metastatic cancers, including colorectal cancer and pancreatic cancer[1][6][9].
