Farletuzumab + paclitaxel is an investigational combination therapy evaluated primarily in women with platinum-sensitive relapsed epithelial ovarian, fallopian tube, and primary peritoneal cancers. **Farletuzumab** is a humanized monoclonal antibody targeting folate receptor alpha (FOLR1, FRα), which is overexpressed in most epithelial ovarian cancers but minimally present in normal tissues. **Paclitaxel** is a microtubule inhibitor (antineoplastic agent) that disrupts cell division by stabilizing microtubules, leading to cell cycle arrest and apoptosis.
